Library
The Institute"s fully automated computerised library has over 42,500 volumes and subscribes to over 200 general and technical journals, both Indian and foreign, periodicals and online search facilities. The college also has the book bank facility, inter library loan facility with the British Council Library, Bangalore and the inter library loan facility with the N.A.L Library, Bangalore.
The library offers digitised services with CD-ROM stations. Students have access not only to the digital library of the computer society of IEEE and DELNET, but also to the e-resources of the library anywhere on the campus.  

Computer Centre
The students and staff have access to the Internet facilities at the computer centre which has a dedicated 2 Mbps leased line-Internet connectivity catering to the needs of the students. Students involved in e-commerce and web based projects are provided with facilities and support by the Institute. The servers run operating systems like Linux Enterprise version 4.0, Windows 2003 server, NT server 4.0 Exclusive Oracle and MS-SQL to cater to the needs of the users on this LAN. The computer lab has relevant softwares like MS-Office, Microsoft.NET, DB2, WAIS, VAJ, Visual Studio, Adobe Premier, Photoshop and language compliers to help the students in their project work.

Workshops
The college has well-equipped workshops and machine facilities. The Mechanical Engineering Department has a Computer Aided Design & Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAD - CAM) laboratory. 

Seminar Hall
The Institute has an air-conditioned and full equipped seminar hall.

Activities
Lectures, seminars and workshops are conducted regularly by inviting luminaries from industries and institutions of higher learning to keep the students abreast of modern developments. The Institute organises industrial training programmes, technical associations in different engineering disciplines, periodic industrial visits and ISTE institutional and students chapters for the benefit of the students. They are also given enough opportunities to develop their personalities through extra-curricular activities. 

Continuing Technical Education Programme
The Institute continuously upgrades its staff by organising seminars, symposia and ensuring staff participation at various academic fora.

Transportation
Students who reside in localities such as Vijayanagar, Yeshwanthpur, Vidyaranyapura, Koramangala, Shivajinagar, Banashankari, Majestic and Malleshwaram are provided with buses to and from college. In addition, transportation facilities are made available to the students as and when required. 

Healthcare
Staff and students are covered by the Accident Medical Insurance Scheme (United India). NMIT has signed an MoU with K K Hospital, Yelahanka and emergency cases are referred to Columbia Asia Hospital and MSR Memorial Hospital. The College also provides 24 hr transportation facilities to address medical emergencies.
